Diana is also a certified Ayurvedic Consultant through the Kripalu School of Ayurveda www.kripalu.com. Kripalu's curriculum hosted teachers such as Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. David Frawely, Dr. John Douillard, Dr. Jay Apte, Dr. Robert Svoboda, Dr. Scott Blossom, Dr. Claudia Welch, Dr. Rosy Mann, Hilary Garivaltis, Dr. Shekhar Annambhotla, Dr. Bharti Lele, Dr. Avinesh Lele, and others. While completing her certification, Diana traveled to Kerala, India to study & experience traditional Ayurvedic treatments. While there, she also studied yoga with a teacher of the Bihar School of Yoga.

Areas of continuing education include Kripalu and Iyengar Yoga, & Ayurveda. Diana runs, walks, and enjoys Ayurvedic & rustic cooking. These practices continue to balance her body, mind, and spirit.
